A badly run organisation

In life, we tend to get carried away by how things starts to flourish for our good. Little attention is always given to continuity and sustainability, but however only the wise will quote me wrong.  I'll use two football clubs in England as examples here; Liverpool fc, once a force in Europe, excelling in champions league, premiership, etc and easily forgetting that the more you win, the more money you make and the more there's need for reinforcement. Business does not lie solely on making profits as there is need to run a healthy organization in other to balance the books on the part of the management and keep the fans happy. Nevertheless, it is never late as i believe they are getting things right in recent times and i must confess it is rather easier to make mistakes than make amends, doubt me...ask Liverpool fc. Moving on, let me make a quick stop at my very own emirates, home of the before formidable gunners who would boast of many achievements including their very best form of '49 unbeaten'. Many might say arsenal have failed in Europe which of-course i'll agree as it is not enough just to participate in a tournament year in year out with nothing to show for it. An example of a very poorly managed organization in recent times, arsenal has been a subject of all forms of ridicule from local rivals to the rest of the world. Having employed a manager who made a good impact for several years and watching same dragging the club to the mud is unacceptable. However, Wenger is not the only one to be apportioned the blame, Stan Kroenke and Ivan Gazidis, the earlier having acquired the majority of the shares at arsenal holdings have continually posted annual profits for several years running. Arsene Wenger has been made to sell most of the star players at arsenal, the latest being Robin Van Persie. This dealings has been the cause of arsenal's 8 years trophy drought as we barely see a reasonable replacements for such sold talents. The inability of the manager to come clean and voice out the truth behind all this uncertainties has not made the situation any better. Promises are being made 'we will buy' but when and who?, we don't know as it stands. Arsenal fans pay the highest season ticket for a football match in the world. Little do Wenger and the Arsenal board know about the song from boys II men of which the line says "lets not wait till the water run dry"......"we've made the greatest mistakes of our lives". Be it as it may, Arsenal is going down and fast, the earlier Usmanov as the second majority shareholder finds a magical way to up his shares and save arsenal, the better for the health of the club and less i forget Wenger goes back to france and ex arsenal captain Tony Adams comes in as head coach, David Dein back on board as manager, boom here comes trophies again.
